You see things that sometimes aren’t really there. There are also moments where you feel and hear something but others can’t, is that really a ghost? Or is it just all in your head?

Its is normal to react to potentially dangerous situations initially with fear and trepidation.  You get scared whenever your life’s in danger or you are being threatened. It can be alarming to feel that your mind and body suddenly tenses on any kind of threat that might hurt you. This also triggers your brain to being more focused and on guard.   • You are always tense, on edge and worried making you feel uneasy and uncomfortable in challenging situations.
  • You always believe that something bad will happen. It’s just your fear that kicks in when you start to hallucinate and making that which you fear inside your head seem real. Which causes you to panic!
  • You feel that a catastrophe might happen anytime and danger seem to be lurking in every corner. It’s one of the highest levels of anxiety attack, where you can no longer control yourself to the point that you can’t move or to even go to new places.

There are many ways on how you can control your anxiety. One of them is making sure that you are getting enough sleep and enough time for relaxation. This will surely take your mind off of your fear.
