  •         You are perpetually sick and just can’t seem to get over it. As stress builds up your immune system slows down. It also slows down wound healing which will lead to infection. You have to listen to your body and look for signs that you are tired. Make time to rest and have extra sleep to allow your body to recover.

 

  •         You have trouble concentrating. You feel overwhelmed and unable to focus on even simple things. It is a sign that you are overworked. If you are experiencing this take deep breaths inhale and exhale for few minutes. It helps with heart rate and blood flow, as well as to ease tensed muscles.

 

  •       You have a constant headache that just won’t go away. You also notice your back and neck is always aching like crazy. It could be a form of tension or stress headache that is caused by tightening muscles on that area. You can take deep breaths, meditation and massages. You can also devote a little time for in between breaks that will allow you to stretch those muscles and prevent them from tightening up.

 

  •         You are having trouble sleeping well. This is caused by worrying too much about everything. If you are tired but having trouble sleeping it is possible you have stress-related fatigue. You can cut back on caffeine and alcohol and increase exercise to improve sleep patterns. You also need a medium to release your frustrations and anxiety due to being overwhelmed.
