However, there are still times nowadays that as a manager, you can’t avoid conflict sometimes because you are pressured by your clients and at the same time you are having a hard time talking with your team. You need to be able to balance these things because everyday is a struggle in maintaining a company. You need to give time and careful planning as well when it comes to managing your people. There is a method to all this to be able to achieve success in the long run.

The secret lies within your strategy. Give credit when it is needed or if there are any irregularities, you need to also give due action on this matter. It is essential to have things in perspective and a set of rules to guide you and your people to function well as a team working together with common goals in mind. Keep enhancing your techniques to be able to realize your team’s capacity. If you think you are not moving forward, then you should consider tracking down your performance in a week or even in a month’s time. When you have finished auditing your team’s tasks, and proved that they have been able to complete their workload then, you can be sure that you haven’t missed out any details.

 

How do I maintain my efficiency?

 

Always test yourself and your team’s skills. Once you find that they at par with their counterparts and you are meeting your deadlines and even maximizing your productivity, then you have done your job well. However, don’t be too carefree because as the business owner, you always need to stay on top of things. Know what you should prioritize and work on the difficulties along the way. Everyday is a challenge and it is up to you how to go about it and solve the issues. But don’t forget to congratulate yourself and your team for a job well done at the end of the day. Resolve any conflicts or misunderstandings in a timely manner to avoid having issues at work.
